To the Editor,

It’s sad to see (the newspaper) play into the hands of EpiPen profiteers (Aug. 20, front-page story). Similarly, on a previous day’s front page, Narcan heroics were extolled. Five cruisers, plus EMTs and fire personnel?!

Meanwhile we see people with disabilities trudging the streets on walkers. And senior transportation buses with one or no passengers. Don’t try to tell me the government cares about people. Money is the main motivator. Pharmaceutical manufacturers are the main beneficiaries.
