WEST WARWICK --- The future was on display for young Tolman High on Saturday night in the Tigers’ 6-4 loss to South Kingstown High at the West Warwick Civic Center. Freshman Kody Casavant netted a goal and assisted the other three scores, sophomore Patrick Gray also added a pair of goals, and freshman netminder Stephane Meunier turned away 21 shots and received credit for an assist. The Tigers, who fell to 0-3, trailed by a 2-0 score after a period of play until Casavant lit the lamp by scoring off an assist from Wesley McVay 8:29 into the second period. But the hosts came back with three of the next four goals and skated into the break with a 5-2 lead. McVay, who along with Peter Lang and Tyler Laplume, are the tri-captains, netted the Tigers’ other goal.
