WARWICK --- St. Raphael Academy played Bishop Hendricken High tough through three quarters of play on Friday night, but the host Hawks scored 13 points in the final quarter to come away with a 39-26 victory in their Division I matchup. SRA sophomore quarterback Trevor Vasey threw three touchdown passes, a 26-yarder to Evan Haworth and a 65-yarder and a 19-yarder to Jean Roussel. The Hawks led by a 9-6 score at the end of the first quarter and 23-20 at the break, but Vasey's final touchdown pass helped tie the score at 26-26 heading into the final 12 minutes. Roussel also scored a third touchdown on a 55-yard interception return. The loss was the fifth in a row for the defending Division I champions, who are 1-5 in the league (3-5 overall) and close out their regular season with games on the road against La Salle Academy and Rogers.
