All the funds were donated to charity for the purchase of winter coats for children in need. During her life, Vanna was dedicated to community activities including The Girl Scouts of RI, Mount St. Rita Sisters of Mercy, Pawtucket YWCA, Pawtucket Garden Club, Pawtucket Day Child Development Center, The American Red Cross, and was a lifetime member of Pawtucket Womans Club.
