Thomas D. McGrath
NORTH PROVIDENCE- Thomas D. McGrath, 67, of Obed Ave., passed away Friday in the Trinity Health and Rehabilitation Center, Woonsocket.
Born in Pawtucket he was the son of the late Edmond F. and Mary D. (Ware) McGrath. He resided in North Providence with his companion Diane Anelundi for eight years.
Thomas was a welder employed by the Whittet Co., Central Falls and previously employed by the Kellaway Transportation Co., Pawtucket.
He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Viet Nam era and was Past Commander of the former James F. Stanton Post, Central Falls. He was the Quartermaster of the Captain Elwood J. Euart Post, VFW, Pawtucket.
He leaves four brothers, Robert L. McGrath and his wife Karen of Attleboro; E. Michael McGrath and his wife Deborah of Cumberland; William McGrath and his wife Denise of Coventry and John McGrath and his wife Joanne of Warwick. Also six nephews, three nieces, three great nephews and three great nieces. He was also the brother of the late Andrea L. Adamo.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Calling hours Saturday afternoon from 2 to 5 p.m. in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland.
