Rosina M. Boron
PROVIDENCE - Rosina M. Boron of Hillside Avenue, Providence, age 93, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2014. She was the wife of the late Arnold Boron.
Mrs. Boron was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late Frank Stroscio and Josephine (Sidoti) Stroscio.
She was employed at the former Almont's Clothing for over twenty five years.
Rosina was a concert pianist and part time piano teacher. Before residing at the Summit Commons she had lived at Coats Manor for thirty five years.
Mrs. Boron is survived by her sister in law, June E. Stroscio and her niece Lisa J. Walas. She also leaves her nephews Joseph A. Stroscio and Frank M. Stroscio.
She was the sister of the late Philip J. Stroscio.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Boron on Friday at 10:00 am in the Holy Family Parish, formerly St. Joseph's Church, 195 Walcott Street, Pawtucket. Her burial will be private. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. For online condolences please visit www.manningheffern.com.
