CUMBERLAND - Rolande Letellier, 90, of High Street, passed away Thursday in the Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of Raymond W. Letellier.
Born in North Providence, she was the daughter of the late Leonidas and Regina (Davignon) Daignault. She resided in Cumberland for the past 62 years, previously residing in Central Falls.
Mrs. Letellier was employed as a Tester for the Texas Instruments Company for many years, previously employed by Ann & Hope Inc. After her retirement she worked for the Visiting Nursing Service.
Rolande was a communicant of the St. Aidan Church.
She leaves four sons, Raymond P., Richard W., Ronald A. Letellier, all of Cumberland, and Thomas R. Letellier of Attleboro, MA; two daughters Claudette Roy of New Jersey and Paulette Proulx of Cumberland; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Sister Simone Daignault and Joseph Albert Daignault.
A celebration of her life will be held Monday at 9 AM from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at the St. Aidan Church, Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland. Burial will follow in the Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting Hours will be held Sunday from 5 to 8 PM.
