Roland L. Gaboriault
CENTRAL FALLS - Roland L. Gaboriault, 81 of the Wilfred Manor in Central Falls died at Home & Hospice Care of RI. He was the husband of the late Marie E. (Bouvier) Gaboriault. Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Ezechias and Della (Nolan)Gaboriault, he had resided there for many years. He was a communicant of the former Notre Dame Church where he was a member of the Men's Club.
He had been employed in the Warehousing Department of the Murdoch Webbing from 1963 to 1994, when he retired. He served in the US Marines during the Korean War and was a member of the Fierlit-Korzen Post #72 American Legion.
Survivors are four sons: Ronald J. Gaboriault of Cranston, David L. Gaboriault of East Providence, Thomas E. Gaboriault of Lincoln, and Paul A. Gaboriault of Somerset, MA; two daughters: Louise M. Kenworthy and Catherine M. Dolan, both of Pawtucket; one sister: Rita Rattey of Central Falls; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Albert Gaboriault.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, Jan. 6th at 8:30 AM from the DARLINGTON MORTUARY OF L. HEROUX & SON, 1042 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Matthew Church, 1030 Dexter St., Central Falls. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
