Robert K. Gingras
CUMBERLAND - Robert K. Gingras, 79, of 1 Flat St., passed away Saturday in the R. I. Hospital Providence.
Born in Pawtucket he was the son of the late Edmund and Lillian (Baril) Gingras. Mr. Gingras resided in Cumberland for the past five years and had resided in Lincoln for most of his life. He was employed by the former Miller Electric Co., of Woonsocket for 40 years retiring in 1993.
He was a communicant of St. Jude Church, Lincoln and a member of the Cumberland-Lincoln Boys and Girls Club.
He is survived by five siblings, Irene Y. Gingras; Richard G. Gingras and his wife Janet; Arthur L. Gingras and Barbara D. Sroka all of Cumberland, Alfred E. Gingras and his wife Kathy of Pawtucket and several nieces and nephews.
He was also the brother of the late Edmund D. Gingras, Evelyn A. LaLiberte and Earl J. Gingras.
A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Jude Church, Front St., Lincoln. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
