Robert J. DeGrafft
ATTLEBORO - Robert J. DeGrafft, 57, of Attleboro, died unexpectedly at his residence on March 5, 2011.
Born in Attleboro on July 18, 1953, he was a son of Herbert S. DeGrafft of North Attleboro and the late Marion Mae (Wright) DeGrafft. Raised and educated in North Attleboro, he was a 1971 graduate of North Attleboro High School. He later attended Northeastern University in Boston.
Mr. DeGrafft was employed as a quality assurance engineer for Senior Aerospace in Sharon for ten years.
In addition to his father, he leaves a son: Brendan R. DeGrafft of Carver; a stepdaughter: Cassandra R. Halloran of Wrentham; a brother: James DeGrafft of North Attleboro; a sister: Debra (DeGrafft) O'Reilly and her husband, Daniel L. O'Reilly, of Carver and several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.
Visitation on Sunday, March 13, 2011 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home - the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp,mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro.
Funeral service on Monday, March 14, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Newell Burying Ground, South Attleboro.
