PAWTUCKET - Phyllis Tumidajski 83, of Fortin Avenue passed away Wednesday March 16, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Tumidajski.
Born in Taunton, MA she was a daughter of the late Walenty and Josephine (Salek) Majkut. She lived in Pawtucket most of her life.
Before retiring she was employed as a Seamstress in the Pawtucket area.
Phyllis was an avid Polka Dancer.
She leaves 2 loving sons Kenneth J. Tumidajski and his wife Nancy of Pawtucket, Joseph C. Tumidajski and his wife Trudy of Smithfield, 5 devoted grandchildren Karla Pingicer and her husband Patrick of Uxbridge, MA, Donald Beaucage and his wife Sarah of Hawaii, Tammy Beaucage also of Hawaii, Victoria and Joseph K. Tumidajski both of Pawtucket and 1 great grandson Michael Beaucage of Hawaii. She was the sister of the late Mary Socha.
Her funeral will be held Saturday March 19, 2011 at 8:30 AM from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend and may call at the Funeral Home Saturday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
