Born in Southbridge, MA, a son of the late Philippe N. and Albina (Joyal) LeBlanc, he had been a resident of Pawtucket since 1955. He had a great affection for the city of Central Falls, especially Notre Dame Parish, where he was raised from early childhood and was educated by the Sisters of St. Anne and the Brothers of the Sacred Heart.

Prior to retirement in 1986, he was the owner and operator of Phil's Restaurant on Dexter Street where a line formed every Sunday morning for his homemade blueberry muffins. He loved lobster and beer, enjoyed traveling and the beach but the true loves of his life were his God and his family. He remained devoted to both until the end of his life. He will be sadly missed by all of us who love him and will remain in our hearts forever.
He was a devoted father to and is survived by four daughters; Phyllis Kelliher, Michelle Rondeau and Marie LeBlanc, all of Pawtucket and of Suzanne Barrett of South Yarmouth, MA and one son: Philippe LeBlanc of Cumberland; ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
