Orise St. Pierre
CUMBERLAND - Orise(Grenier) St. Pierre 96, of Angell Road, Cumberland, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012, at St. Antoine Residence. She was the beloved wife of the late Leo J. B. St. Pierre. They were married for forty-six years.
Born in Canada, a daughter of the late Antonio and Eva (Bessette) Grenier. Orise was employed by Healthtex Inc. for twenty-five years. She was a graduate of St. Jean the Baptiste High School and a communicant of St. Aidan's Church. An original founding member of St. Aidan's Senior Club, she was also a member of St. Mathieu's and the former Notre dame seniors.
She is survived by her daughter Terry Heroux and her husband Dick of Cumberland, with whom she resided for nearly forty years; two grandsons, David and his wife Janelle of Tiverton and Jonathan and his fiance Heather McVeigh of Lincoln, one great granddaughter Crisana of Tiverton, three sisters Estelle Bedard of Woonsocket, Theresa Robert of California, Doris Brousseau of New Hampshire and sister of the late Oscar Grenier and Rejeanne Marquis.
Visitation will begin Saturday, 8:00am from the DARLINGTON MORTUARY OF L. HEROUX & SON, 1042 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket prior to a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am in St. Aidan's Church, 1460 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland. Internment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
