Normand J. Boulais
PAWTUCKET- Normand J. Boulais, 80, a lifelong resident of Pawtucket died Monday at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence surrounded by his loving family. He is the husband of the late Cecile (Gingras) Boulais.
Born in Pawtucket he was the son of the late Albert T. and Christina A. (Duffy) Boulais.
Normand was self-employed for A. Boulais & Sons for 17 years. In 1961 he worked for Ferland as Forman of laborers in field for 15 years. In 1975 he went to the Boy's Club where he worked as a Building Superintendent until his retirement.
Normand is survived by a son, Normand A. Boulais of Pawtucket; six daughters, Dianne Azzolina of South Carolina, Joanne Newton of Woonsocket, Claire Pelletier of Pawtucket, Sue Reynolds of Pawtucket, Anne DeSimone of Woonsocket and Christina Conetta of Johnston; a brother William Boulais of Pawtucket; two sisters, Joan Berthelette of Pawtucket and Mary Incerpi of Cumberland; 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Ernest Boulais, Rita Ireland, Dorothy Peltier and Edna Belanger.
His funeral will be held on Thursday 9:00 a.m. at the LACHAPELLE FUNERAL HOME, 643 Main Street, with a Liber Service in St. Raymond's Church, Providence at 10:00 a.m. Normand's life will be celebrated with calling hours on Wednesday from 5:00 8:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers gifts in Normand's memory can be made to Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
