Norman B. Grenier
NORTH PROVIDENCE - Norman B. Grenier, 83, of Douglas Avenue died Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. He was the husband of Luella G. (Rainey) Grenier.
Mr. Grenier had lived in Florida before moving to North Providence 5 years ago.
He was a truck driver for many years and had worked at Scott Brass, Cranston for 8 years. He was also a bus driver for Conway Bus, Cumberland for several years.
He was a communicant of the Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, North Providence and had served in the U.S. Navy Reserves.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Janet S. Grenier of Pawtucket and Dianne L. Bedard of Manville; one son, Thomas A. Grenier of Greenville; seven grandchildren; and nine great great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Norman T. Grenier.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19 at 11 A.M. in the Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
