Mildred E. Kelley
ATTLEBORO - Mildred E. "Millie" Kelley, 89, passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 16, 2011, at the Life Care Center of Attleboro, following a brief illness.
Millie was born and resided at the family home on Robinson Avenue, the only daughter of the late Ellen G. (Greene) & James H. Kelley.
She was the sister of the late Francis P. and James J. Kelley.
She was educated in local schools, and she graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Pawtucket RI, and also Gibbs Business School.
Millie was a proud employee of the L.G. Balfour Company, from 1940 - until her retirement in 1988.
She has worshiped at St. Theresa's Church in South Attleboro.
Millie is survived by her nephews David F. Kelley with whom she resided, and James A. Kelley of South Attleboro, her only niece Judy Hamod passed away in 2007.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 am from the Foley-Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 South Main Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts, followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, 18 Baltic St. Attleboro, burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Curran Road Cumberland, alongside her parents.
In lieu of flowers gifts in her memory can be sent to the Vista Care Hospice, 2 Willow St. Southborough MA. 01745 in Mildred's name would be appreciated.
