BILLERICA, MA- Maureen (Bonaventure) Rahill. A Loving Wife, Mother, Daughter and Sister passed away at home on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, surrounded by her loving family after her courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Paul Rahill.
Maureen was a daughter of John and Rose (Rafferty) Bonaventure and lived in Pawtucket before moving to Billerica, MA in 1994. She was a graduate of Tolman High School Class of 1981 and a graduate of Rhode Island College.
Mrs. Rahill was a teacher at Nashoba Valley Technical High School for over ten years, and most recently at Shawsheen Valley Technical High School, where she taught mathematics.
Besides her husband and parents, Maureen is survived by her loving children, Alexandra and John Paul Rahill; her sisters, Mary Angell of Barrington, Rosalyn Bonaventure of Quincy, Martina Fleury of Pawtucket and her brother, John Bonaventure of Harleysville, PA. She is also survived by her twenty year marriage family, Beth and Gary Reis, John and Lori Rahill, Virginia and the late Jack Rahill and many nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
VISITATION will be Saturday 1- 4 p.m. at the WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket and on Sunday 5 - 8 p.m. at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica, MA
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica, MA. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
Interment will follow at Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute In memory of Maureen Rahill, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
