CUMBERLAND - Mary Wudyka, 94 of Pleasant Street passed away Monday in Trinity Health and Rehabilitation Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Joseph P. Wudyka Sr.
Born in Warren, MA., she was the daughter of the late Walter and Bertha (Masto) Polak. She was a lifelong resident of Cumberland.
She was employed as a spinner for the former Lebanon Knitting Mill of Pawtucket for 16 years until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Patrick Church, Cumberland.
She is survived by her two sons; David Wudyka of Wrentham, MA., and Joseph Wudyka of Bedford, NH. One sister Victoria Goryl of Cumberland. Four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Stanley Polack and Helen Gill.
A Celebration of Her Life will be held Saturday at 9 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland. A Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in the Historic St. Joseph Church, Mendon Road Cumberland. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Calling hours Saturday 9 AM to 10:30 AM.
