Mary A. Chartier
PAWTUCKET - Mary A. Chartier, 84, of Pawtucket, passed away Monday, November 08, 2010 at Oakland Grove Nursing Home, Woonsocket. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Margaret Adam. She had lived most of her life in Pawtucket. Mary worked at Health-Tex for thirty three years, retiring in 1989. She is survived by her brother, Peter Adam and his wife Pauline, a brother-in-law, Edward McDonald, several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. She was the sister of the late Robert Adam, Agnes McDonald, Lavina Bird and her husband Henry.
The funeral will be held Friday, November 12, 2010 at 9am from the COSTIGAN-O'NEILL Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in Saint Leo The Great Church, 697 Central Avenue, Pawtucket. Burial will be in Mount Saint Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Friday 9-10:30am, prior to the Mass.
