CENTRAL FALLS - Marie-Anna (Brousseau) Vigeant, 88, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 15, 2010. She was the beloved wife of the late Fernand L. Vigeant. Born in Lac St. Jean, Canada, a daughter of the late Albert and Evelina Brousseau, she resided in Central Falls most of her life. Mary was employed in the housekeeping department of Notre Dame Hospital for many years until retiring, and was previously employed by J. P. Coats and Cartie's Health Center. She was a former member of the Wilfrid Manor Residents Association. Mary leaves her sister, Florence L. Laneres of Cumberland and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was the sister of the late Emile, Arthur and Armand Brousseau. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Spirit Parish, St. Matthew Church, Dexter St., Central Falls. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
