Madeleine A. Laliberte-Dupre
NORTH PROVIDENCE - Madeleine A. Laliberte-Dupre, 56, of North Howard Ave. passed away Saturday in the Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of William R. Dupre Sr.
Born in Detroit, MI she was the daughter of Rita (Lanoue) Provencher of San Antonio, TX and the late Roger J. Provencher. She resided in North Providence for the past 9 years previously residing in Las Vegas.
She had worked in the medical field for over 20 years.
Besides her husband and mother she leaves 4 children; Melissa Wilson of Smithfield, Nicole Alexander of Pawtucket, Adam Clement and L/Cpl. William Laliberte USMC, both of North Providence.
She also leaves 2 step-children; William R. Dupre Jr. and Misty Fontaine both of Pawtucket and 3 siblings, Marie Phillips and Marguerite Provencher both of San Antonio and Richard Provencher of North Providence. Also surviving are three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service Sunday at 3 p.m. in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Calling hours Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the R. I. Blood Center, 405 Promenade Street, Providence, RI 02908, Attn: Accounting Department.
