Laura M. Leclerc
CENTRAL FALLS - Laura M. (Dube) Leclerc, 99, of Central Falls entered eternal life on September 11, 2011 at St. Antoine Residence in North Smithfield surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Joseph Alfred Leclerc. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alphonsine (Tondreau) Dube. Laura was a loving and devoted mother, "Memere", sister, aunt and friend. She will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
Laura was a lifelong resident of the City of Central Falls. She was the co-owner of the former Central Falls Sportsman Club. She was a communicant of the former Notre Dame Church and a chaperone of the former Notre Dame Crusaders Band for many years.
Laura is survived by her three daughters, Pauline Tessier Bouvier of Cumberland, Jeanne Leclerc Waldron of Pawtucket, and Rita Smith and her husband, William of Easthampton, MA; three sons, Omer Leclerc and his wife, Aline, formerly of Seekonk MA and now of Estero Beach, FL, Leo Leclerc of Lady Lakes, FL and Roger Leclerc and his wife, Marion of Warwick and Estero Beach, FL; fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
Her funeral will be held SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17 at 10 A.M. from BELLOWS-FALSO FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 A.M. in St. Joseph's Church, 195 Walcott Street, Pawtucket. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
