PAWTUCKET - Jozef Kucal, 80, passed away Monday April 5, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Anna (Iwaszko) Kucal.
Born in Sompolno, Poland he was a son of the late Janek and Antonina (Oliniczek) Kucal. He lived in Pawtucket for the past 49 years.
Before retiring he was employed as a Machine Operator at ITT Royal Electric and prior to that he worked as a Meat Cutter for Hi-Lo Meat Market.
Besides his wife he leaves his loving family, Waclawa Harpin and her husband Michael, Krystyna Malouin and her husband Robert, Joseph Kucal and his wife Ania all of Coventry and Richard Kucal and his wife Kimberly of Cumberland, 2 sisters Janina Lewandowska and Waclawa Piechotska both of Poland, eight grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mr. Kucal's funeral will be held Friday August 9, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Josephs Church 391 High Street Central Falls at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend. CALLING HOURS THURSDAY FROM 4:00 PM TO 7:00 P.M. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery East Providence. For directions see
