Joseph J. Ryan III
CUMBERLAND. Joseph J. Ryan III passed away on December 2, after a 19 year battle with cancer. He was the husband of Pamela E (Kevorkian) and had been married 29 years.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Joseph J. Ryan II and Cecile (Cabral) Ryan and was a lifelong resident of Cumberland. He had been employed as the parts Manager for Jake Kaplan Jaguar for more than 15 years before retiring due to illness. He was a member of the Garfield Social Club and was an avid card player. He was a devoted Patriots and Red Sox fan and was very fond of his pets, Shelby, Matty & Holly.
Besides his wife he leaves a beloved daughter, Tracy Lynn Ricker of Cranston, 2 sons, John W. Ricker Jr. of Chepachet and Brandon M. Ricker of Montana and his mother-in-law, Mary Kevorkian of Milford, MA. He also leaves many sisters and brothers-in-laws, aunts and uncles nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the son-in-law of the late George Kevorkian.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Sunday December 19, 2010 from 2-4 PM in the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, 151 Cross Street, Central Falls. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Kindly omit flowers. Condolences,www.coelhofuneralhome.net
