PAWTUCKET - Jeffrey Michael LeClair, 52, of Pawtucket, RI died suddenly on the morning of June 6, 2012 of acute Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.
Born in Providence, in January 1960, Jeff attended St. Rays Academy graduating from Tolman in 1978. He attended Johnson & Wales for hotel/restaurant management. He worked at Holiday Inn in Attleboro assisting the National Guard with the evacuation and housing of people during the blizzard of 78.
He went on to work for Foxboro Co/Invensys for 31 years starting as a machinist working his way to a senior buyer. His colleagues were also his friends who made his job enjoyable. Jeff was an extremely loyal fan of the Patriots, Celtics and Red Sox. He enjoyed outdoor life and betting on the three big horse races. Jeff was fun, loving and caring, a great teller of funny jokes and quips. He loved giving a good party and hosting them with a lot of beer & meatballs.
Jeff is survived by his wife Carrie Bolinder LeClair, daughter Stacey Claveria, son-in-law DJ, 3 grandchildren, Ciaren, Brooke, Lily, Brothers John (Jack), Jim, Charlie, Joe, Sister Joyce Rainey, Nephew and best friend Jason Crawley and many more, friends and relatives. He is predeceased by his parents John, Mary (Brennan) LeClair.
A mass will be held on June 11 at 11 AM at Holy Trinity Parish, 195 Walcott Street, Pawtucket. A special thanks to his treating and specialist physicians, all the ICU nurses at Memorial Hospital, as well as his sister Joyce and his family for all the care, concern, help and love.
