Jeannette M. Quilitzsch
CUMBERLAND - Jeannette M. Quilitzsch, 93 of Little Pond County Road passed away Monday in the Oakland Grove Health Care Center, Woonsocket. She was the beloved wife of Herbert Quilitzsch and the late James Jackson.
Born in Waterville, ME., she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Mary (LaBrecque) Sevigny. She lived in Cumberland for more than 20 years and previously resided in North Attleboro.
Jeannette was a member of the Kalmia Womens Club. She was also a Sunday School teacher and formerly a Cub Scout Den Mother. She loved gardening, oil painting, and also making hooked and braided rugs.
She had a love for Cape Cod where she spent her summers for many years.
Beside her husband she leaves one daughter, Joyce S. Daggett and her husband Alfred of South Dartmouth, MA; one son, James S. Jackson and his wife Nancy of Yarmouth Port, MA.; four grandchildren, Dan St. Jacques, Jill Ripa, Cheryl LaLonde and Kelly Janian; and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 11 AM in the Four Corners Community Chapel, 200 Angell Road, Cumberland. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Burial will be private.
