James B. Reilly
James Bernard Reilly of Pawtucket died Friday, September 2, at Mount St. Rita Health Centre, Cumberland. He was the husband of Angela M. (Casey) Reilly.
Born January 24, 1938 in Providence, he was a son of the late Peter Patrick Reilly and Margaret Mary (O'Neill) Reilly.
He was the brother of Mary Reilly, R.S.M., of Bristol; Eileen M. Moriarty of Baltimore, Md.; Frances P. O'Malley of Narragansett; Margaret M. Capezza of Franklin, Mass.; and the late Peter P. Reilly, M.D., John P. Reilly, and William F. Reilly,Esquire.
Jim was a proud graduate of Tyler School and LaSalle Academy, Providence. He was the owner and operator of Shamrock Taxi Corp.
Jim savored his Irish heritage during his twenty visits to that land of his ancestors. He was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and Notre Dame football. Jim was an exceptional cook who relished preparing meals for his large family and many friends.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, 4-7 p.m., at Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Teresa's Church, Newport Avenue, Pawtucket.
