Ida L. VanThuyne
PAWTUCKET - Ida L. VanThuyne, of Sanford Street, Pawtucket died Thursday, February 21, 2011. She was the wife of Victor VanThuyne.
Mrs. VanThuyne was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late William and Beatrice(LePalm) Durand.
She was employed at DB Mart for many years.
Besides her husband Ida is survived by her children, Laurie Ann Ferland and her husband Robert of Foster, Victor VanThuyne II and his wife Donna of North Providence her grandchildren, Robert Ferland, Rachel Ferland and Morgan VanThuyne, and her great granddaughter Madison Ferland. She also leaves her sisters Claire Durand, of Pawtucket, Irene Martino of Florida, and Shirley Henshaw of Attleboro Ma, and her brother Robert Durand of Pawtucket. She was the sister of the late William Durand.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. VanThuyne Thursday, February 24, at 10:00 a.m. in The Holy Family Parish Church, formerly St. Joseph's, Walcott Street, Pawtucket. Her calling hours will be Thursday morning from 8:15 a.m. in the Manning-Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited.
