Florence N. Kay
LINCOLN - Florence N. "Florrie" (Jarvis) Kay, 81, of Andrews Court died Thursday, April 7, 2011. She was the beloved wife of Nelson E. Kay. Mr. and Mrs. Kay were married for 60 years.
Born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Charles A. and Kathleen (Angell) Jarvis, she had lived in Pawtucket for 50 years before moving to Lincoln 16 months ago.
She was a member of Smithfield Avenue Congregational Church, Pawtucket.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Bethany K. Thurber of Pawtucket, four sons, David N. Kay of Pawtucket, Charles E. Kay of Pascoag, Mark W. Kay of Lincoln and Thomas J. Kay of Providence; one sister, Marilyn Arnold of Lincoln; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held SATURDAY, APRIL 16 at 2 P.M. at BELLOWS-FALSO FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
