Flore I. Fontaine
CENTRAL FALLS - Flore I. Fontaine, 97, formerly of Central Falls, died Monday at St. Antoine Residence, N. Smithfield. Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Oliva and Rosanna (Berard) Fontaine.
Miss Fontaine had been employed as a supervisor for Moore Fabric Co. until her retirement in 1975. She was a communicant of St. Mathieu Church prior to moving first to the Villa at St. Antoine and then to the residence. She had been a member of the Children of Mary, and the Golden Agers of St. Matthew, St. Cecilia and Notre Dame Churches.
She is survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was the sister of the late Wilfrid and Albert Fontaine, Aldea Moreau, Eva Dulude, Sr. Rhea Fontaine SSA and Cecile Ross.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 8:00 am from the Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in Holy Spirit Parish (St. Matthew). Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
