CUMBERLAND - Eufemia Constantino, 96, formerly of 109 High St. died Saturday in Waterview Villa, East Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Adelino Constantino.
Born in Esmolfe, Portugal she was the daughter of the late Secondina de Jesus Marques. She resided in Cumberland for 47 years. She was also a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Cumberland.
She leaves eight children, Manuel Constantino of East Providence; Joseph Constantino, Ana Maria Salgado, John M. Constantino all of Cumberland; Maria DoCeu Mello of Seekonk, Antonio Constantino of Lincoln, Eduardo M. Constantino of Warwick and Maria Alice Dubuc of Riverside. She also leaves 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Jose, Bernardo, Francisco and Alice Marques.
A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rt. 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Fatima Dr., Cumberland. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
