Emilia J. Botelho
LINCOLN - Emilia J. (Prata) Botelho, 81, of Linda Street died Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Jack Botelho.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Manuel and Julia (Tavares) Prata, she had lived in Lincoln for the past 30 years.
Mrs. Botelho was a sales representative for Sears, Roebuck & Company in Providence. She had also worked at Korb's Bakery, Pawtucket and as a cashier in the cafeteria for the Lincoln School Department and St Raphael's Academy, Pawtucket.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Louise E. Cushman of Cumberland, Julie E. Travers of Rumford and Betty Ann Reynolds of North Providence; two sons, Jack Botelho of Tampa, FL and Michael Botelho of Lincoln; one sister, Elvira Lapointe of Charlestown; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Robert Cushman and the sister of the late Archie Prata, Tony Prata, Manuel Prata and Leonia LaGue.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22 at 10 A.M. in St. Jude's Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will be in Mount St. Mary's Cemetery, Pawtucket.
