Dorothy Mae Comey
FOXBOROUGH - Dorothy Mae (Ferden) Comey, age 93, died on Monday, February 28, 2011 at the Mansion in Central Falls, RI. She was the daughter of the late Rosco and Edith (Brown) Ferden.
Dorothy was born in Walpole on November 7, 1917 and was a graduate of Walpole High School. Dorothy worked as a Bowling Lane manager for many years, she was passionate about sports and was one of the charter members of the Professional Womans Bowling Association. She also loved to play the organ and sing with her friends and family. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed
Wife of the late Clarence Comey. Loving mother of Patricia Dowd of Reading, PA, Dorothy Moore of Florisant, MO and Donna Roy of Pawtucket, RI. Also survived by three grandchildren, Steven Nelson, Darlene Brady and Sandra Roy and three great grandchildren, Chelsea, Michael and Mikayla Brady and several nieces and nephews.
