Doris H. Johnson
LINCOLN - Doris H. Johnson, 78, of Old Jenckes Hill Road, died Wednesday, November 2, at Steere House, Providence. She was the wife of Richard C. Johnson.
Born in Gummersbach, Germany, a daughter of the late Kurt and Liddi (Blohm) Hertneck, she had lived in Lincoln since 1960.
Mrs. Johnson was a teacher at LaSalle Academy, Providence, and a member of Lime Rock Baptist Church, Lincoln.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Kristina Guadagni of Lincoln; one son, Erik Johnson of Midlothian, VA; two brothers, Klaus Hertneck and Heinz-Wolf Hertneck, both of Germany; and five grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Annegrit Hertneck.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, November 5, at 3:00 p.m. in Lime Rock Baptist Church, 1075 Great Road, Lincoln. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Private burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
