C.F. police seek help in locating CVS armed robber

CENTRAL FALLS – Police responded to an armed robbery early Thursday morning at the CVS Pharmacy at 309 Broad St.
The suspect in this case displayed a firearm to the clerk, handing a note that demanded money from the cash register, police stated in a press release. The clerk complied with the suspect’s demands and fled the area with an undisclosed amount of cash. The last known direction was south through the parking lot and into Pawtucket. There were no injuries as a result of this incident, according to police.
The suspect is described as a thinly-built, clean-shaven Hispanic male in his late teens or early 20s, wearing a white T-shirt, white shorts and a Red Sox baseball cap.
