1st time skydiver lands safely as teacher dies E-mail

A soldier made his first skydive on Saturday, strapped to an instructor. The free fall seemed to be going well, then things got too quiet. According to an initial coroner's report, the instructor was having a fatal heart attack. (Feb. 2)

Gov. Sanford Interview: More Pork than Stimulus E-mail

South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford tells Newsmax TV why he adamantly opposes the House passed "stimulus" bill. He notes the massive spending package would balloon deficit spending and weaken the dollar. He sees a repeat of the government mistakes that led to the Great Depression.
