Betty Ann Drezek
CUMBERLAND - Betty Ann (O'Leary) Drezek, 68, of Abbey Dr. died Sunday, surrounded by loved ones at the Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Frank P. Drezek Jr.
Born in Pawtucket she was the daughter of Doris A. (Paquette) Bourassa of Cumberland and the late Frank O'Leary and Norman Bourassa. She resided in Cumberland for the past 44 years.
Mrs. Drezek was a devoted wife, mother and friend. She was a communicant of St. John Vianney Church where she was a Pastoral Care Minister for over 20 years. She was also a Pastoral Care Minister at the Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket for the past 27 years.
She leaves four beloved children, F. Peter Drezek III and Erin Blais both of Cumberland, Stefvan Drezek of Lincoln and KaraBeth Houle of Woonsocket. She was also the adoring grandmother of 11 beautiful grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Robert Bourassa.
A celebration of her life and funeral will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. John Vianney Church, Diamond Hill Rd., Cumberland. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
