ATTLEBORO, MA -Annette M. (Coutu) Geoffroy, 83, of Attleboro passed away on Saturday June 30, 2012 at Madonna Manor in North Attleborough. She was the wife of sixty-two years to Adrian E. Geoffroy.
Annette was born in Central Falls the daughter of the late Elzie and Aldea (Lefebvre) Coutu. She graduated from Central Falls High School. Mrs. Geoffroy worked as the Tax Collector for the City of Attleboro for many years. Annette was a communicant of Saint Joseph Church in Attleboro. She cherished the time she spent with her family and friends over the years. Mrs. Geoffroy enjoyed traveling all over the world with her husband and working in her garden.
Survivors besides her husband are two daughters: Nancy E. Mulcahey and her husband James of Plainville, MA; Joanne Bradshaw and her husband Charles of Attleboro, MA; eight grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Debra Barnabe, Gary E. Geoffroy and also pre-deceased by several siblings.
A Memorial Service for Annette will be held on FRIDAY at 10am in Saint Joseph Church 208 South Main Street, Attleboro. Relatives are invited to attend, burial will be private at the request of the family. CALLING HOURS will be held on THURSDAY from 4-7pm in the FOLEY-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 126 South Main Street, Attleboro.
