PAWTUCKET - Annette Lust passed away at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center on August 3, 2012 at the age of 70.
She is survived by her husband Paul Mowrey, brothers George and Dirk, sisters Hannelore and Angelika and children Paco, Gustavo, Friedrika and Stephanie, together with 6 grandchildren and 16 nieces and nephews.
Annette was born in Okriftel am Main, Germany on January 26, 1942 and came to the United States in 1949 with parents Fritz and Friedel and siblings. They settled in Holyoke, Massachusetts where she went to school and graduated from Smith College in 1963 and later Columbia University. She was a member of the Pawtucket Teachers Alliance and taught at the Henry Winter and Francis Varieur Elementary Schools. She retired from teaching in 2003.
A family remembrance will be held at a later date. Contributions in her memory may be made to the March of Dimes.
