Alfred E. Deschenes
LINCOLN - Alfred E. Deschenes, 84 of Lincoln, died Monday at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence. He was the husband of Anita J. (Labare) Deschenes. Born in Central Falls, he was the son of the late George and Leda (Lague) Deschenes. He was a Lincoln resident for 52 years.
Prior to his retirement Alfred worked as a Machine Operator for Texas Instruments in Attleboro, MA.
Beside his wife he is survived by his three sons, Gerald Deschenes of Woonsocket, Michael Deschenes of Cranston and David Deschenes of Cumberland; his brother Louis Deschenes of Florida; and 5 grandchildren.
His funeral will be held on Friday at 9:00 a.m. from the LACHAPELLE FUNERAL HOME, 643 Main Street, Pawtucket with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Jude Church, Lincoln at 10:00 a.m. His life will be celebrated with calling hours on Thursday from 5:00 8:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
