CALIFORNIA - Alexander Sutherland Wood, Born April 14, 1921 Pawtucket, RI, moved to California in 1959. He was 90yrs old when the Lord called him home. He died on February 1st in Hemet, CA.
He was a WWII Navy Veteran, Business owner in Automotive Repair and owned and operated the "Road Runner" campground in Lake Elsinore, CA. from 1976-1989.
He is survived by his loving wife of over 32yrs, Martha (Sue Anderson) Wood, his children, Susan Goodwin, Michael Wood and wife Jan, Margie Krause and husband Dan, Laurie Gustlin and husband Steve, and Step Children, Michael and Pamela Roberts.
He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren: Staci Leteff, Anthony Wood (Marie), Christy Wright (Bryan), Douglas Goodwin (Stacy), Wendy O'Sullivan (Greg), Barbar Anderson (Keith), Scott Gustlin (Robin), Christina Schipul (Cameron), Matthew Gustlin and 19 Great-Grand-Children. He loved life, his family and country and will be greatly missed.
