Agnes E. Snow
PAWTUCKET - Agnes E. Snow, 93, of Pawtucket passed away Monday, January 23, 2012, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Francis J. Snow.
Mrs. Snow was born in Pawtucket, the daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth (Shanley) Kirk. She was a kindergarten teacher in the Pawtucket School System at the Elizabeth Baldwin School for many years.
Mrs. Snow is survived by her son Robert C.K. Snow and his wife Anna of Lincoln, Mary Frances Snow and her husband David Gwizdowski of Bristol and Elizabeth A. Snow-Tait and her husband John. She also leaves her grandchildren, Kirk P. Snow and his wife Andrea, Sarah Gwizdowski, Andrew Gwizdowski, Alan Gwizdowski , Lauren Tait and Ashleigh Tait. Mrs. Snow was the sister of Colonel Robert J. Kirk of Virginia and the sister of the late Sybil Coyle.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Snow Friday, January 27, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Raymond's Church, 1240 North Main Street, Providence. Her burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. The calling hours for Mrs. Snow will be Thursday from 4-7 p.m. in the MANNING-HEFFERN FUNERAL HOME, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited.
