AG upholds complaint in ethics case

PAWTUCKET — The Attorney General's office has upheld one of two Access to Public Records Act complaints filed against the city of Pawtucket by attorney Mark McBurney as it related to Ethics Commission complaints involving the Lime Rock Fire Department and Lime Rock Fire Chief Frank Sylvester's car tax payments.
McBurney is representing John Cullen in the ethics complaint against Sylvester and has also filed two related Superior Court complaints against the Lime Rock Fire Department alleging violations of the Access to Public Records Act (APRA).
