On Friday afternoon, October 29, 2010 along Roosevelt Avenue in downtown Pawtucket, RI, Lance Robbins of Export, PA who is a 2nd Division Marine veteran treks past the Pawtucket Police Station pulling his cart brandishing the United States Marine Corps flag, the United States flag and the flag of each military branch on his mission walking 48 states to honor veterans by establishing a day of recognition for veterans on September 10th.
