Michael G. Gregory
CUMBERLAND - Michael G. Gregory, 41, passed August 1st with his loving family by his side.
Raised in Central Falls, a son of George G. and Gloria J. (Desaulniers) Gregory, Michael attended Holy Trinity School, and then St. Raphael's Academy in Pawtucket.
Mike was a five year Army Veteran serving during the first Persian Gulf War.
He then worked for Century Link for many years.
JOHNSTON - Marion (LaFountaine) Fahey, 86, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late J. Linus Fahey.
A. Michael Reilly
LINCOLN - A. Michael Reilly, 86, passed August 2nd. He was the husband of Sophie (Gouvalaris) Reilly.
Born in Seekonk, MA a son of the late Michael A. and Rose (Couture) Reilly.
He had been employed for 20 years by the Continental Bronze as a sheet metal fabricator.
He was a third degree Knights of Columbus, Lincoln Council and tended bar at the family business, Reilly's Cafe of Cumberland for many years.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Michael A. Reilly also of Lincoln, He was twin brother of the late Eileen LaRose and also Mary Walker.
NARRAGANSETT - Dorothy Shmaruk, 91, formerly of Central Falls, died Monday. She was the wife of the late Michael Shmaruk.
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late George and Marie Schroeck. Mrs. Shmaruk served in the US Navy during WWII, enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with her friends at the senior center.

John J. Gawlik
PAWTUCKET- John J. Gawlik 85, passed away Monday August 1, 2011 at Epoch on Blackstone Boulevard. He was the beloved husband of Stella B. (Dzierzyc) Gawlik.
Born in Blackstone, MA he was a son of the late John F. and Victoria M. (Maslon) Gawlik. He was a life long resident of Pawtucket.
Before retiring he was employed as a Machinist for the former G.T. Schjeldahl Co.
Joseph B. Ferreira
CUMBERLAND - Joseph B. Ferreira, 87 of Meeting Street passed away Monday in Memorial Hospital, Pawtucket. He was the husband of Mary C. (Rodrigues) Ferreira.
Born in Central Falls, he was the son of the late Antonio and Francisca Ferreira. He resided in Cumberland for the past 61 years.
He was employed by General Motors formerly of Framingham for over 25 years until his retirement.
He was a WW II, US Navy Veteran.
Roxanne M. Metivier
CUMBERLAND - Roxanne M. Metivier, 36, passed on July 30th from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of Paulette (Turgeon) Robertson and Harold Metivier.
Roxanne was a self-employed animal groomer and was known as a dedicated animal lover.
Joseph A. Keough, Sr.
TAMARAC, FL - Joseph Keough Sr, 72, formerly of Warwick, passed away Friday, July 29, 2011 at Kindred Hospital in Fort Lauderdale. Born in Pawtucket, he was the beloved son of the late Mark and Nancy (Hughes) Keough.

WEST WARWICK â As Jim Dawber watched a mentally and physically drained Ryan OâDell unleash pitch after pitch, a conclusion to Sundayâs marathon of baseball at McCarthy Stadium unfolded in his mind.
âOh wow,â the Cumberland Post 14 manager thought to himself. âWeâre going to win the championship, and heâs going to win the MVP.ââ
Speaking through visible emotion a short while later, Dawber came to grips with the crushing reality.
âIt didnât play out that way in real life,â he said.
PAWTUCKET - Wanda Moskwa 64, of Evergreen Street passed away Friday July 29, 2011 at Pawtucket Memorial Hospital after a courageous 10 year battle with cancer. orn in Pawtucket she was a beloved daughter of Wanda (Jastrzebska) Moskwa of awtucket and the late Walter T. Moskwa. She was a life long resident of Pawtucket.
Wanda was a Volunteer for 35 years at the Pawtucket Memorial Hospital Gift Shop.

PAWTUCKET. Dora Heredia, 73, formerly of Englewood Ave. passed away Friday at Pawtucket Health Center after an illness. Born in Ponce, PR a daughter of the late Teodoro Heredia and Trinidad Sambolin. She moved to RI 7 years ago and settled in Pawtucket. She leaves 4 daughters, Marilyn Diaz her care-giver, Ramona Muniz, Dora Hilda Heredia and Wanda Muniz; 2 sons, Marco and Luis Muniz. She also leaves 3 Brothers and 2 sister. She was the grandmother of more than 40 and a great grandmother of numerous children.
