Mary T. Roy
PAWTUCKET- Mary T. (Salhany) Roy, 97, passed into the Hands of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Wednesday, February 29, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. The wife of the late Valrian A. Roy (8/25/77).
She was a daughter of the late Elias and Helen (Barakat) Salhany.
Klenn R. Kazmierski
PAWTUCKET- Klenn R. Kazmierski, 75, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 1, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Serafina (Ruggiero) Kazmierski for twenty years.
Born in Utica, New York, a son of the late Zygmund Kazmierski and Viola F. (Sun) Kazmierski-Perry, he resided in Pawtucket for many years.
Klenn was a Korean War U.S. Air Force veteran. He was employed by Texas Instruments, Attleboro for twenty years before retiring in 1996, and was an avid golfer.
Howard D. Johnson
PAWTUCKET- Howard D, Johnson, 82, passed away Thursday after an illness. He was the beloved husband of Loretta G. (Gaouette) Johnson.
Born in Providence a son of the late Franklin and Adeline (Primeau) Johnson and has lived in Pawtucket for many years.
Frank S. Moskal
PAWTUCKET- Frank S. Moskal 87, of Pine Grove Street passed away Thursday March 1, 2012 at Steere House in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Helen A. (Niziolek) Moskal.
Born in South Attleboro he was a son of the late Joseph and Frances (Bartkiewicz) Moskal. He lived in Pawtucket for the past 60 years.
Before retiring he was employed as a Shipper for Teknor-Apex Co. of Pawtucket.
Ronald H. Piatek
SCITUATE- Ronald "Ron" H. Piatek, 66, of Scituate and summered in Barrington, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Gail A. (Cabral) Piatek for 33 years.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Joseph and Cecilia E. (Karol) Piatek.
Emily C. Washburn
SEEKONK- Emily C. (Weaton) Washburn, 91, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012. She was the beloved wife of George J. Washburn. The couple celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary in November 2011.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late William E. and Gladys (Crandall) Weaton, she resided in Seekonk most of her life.
Emily was a medical secretary for the late Orland F. Smith, M.D. for over thirty-five years. She was a 1938 graduate of Pawtucket High School; former member of the North Seekonk Grange and the Attleboro Emblem Club.
Shirley S. Morris
BURRILLVILLE- Shirley S. (Vose) Morris, 84, of Burrillville, died Wednesday, February 29, 2012 in Overlook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Burrillville. She was the wife of the late Francis R. Morris, whom she married October 5, 1946.
Born in Cumberland, RI, she was the daughter of the late Ornando F. and Madeline (Slocum) Vose. Shirley lived in Cumberland Hill for 19 years, Berkeley for 39 years and in Burrillville for 26 years.
Robert C. Hale, Sr.
ATTLEBORO- Robert C. Hale, Sr., 79, of Ft. Myers Beach, FL and South Attleboro, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012.
He was born Dec. 12, 1932 in Somerville, MA, the son of Leslie and Helen (Harris) Hale.
He proudly served in the US Navy from 1952-1956. He worked for Texas Instruments for 38 years. In his earlier years, he was involved in coaching and umpiring for the South Attleboro Baseball League and was an avid bowler.
James W. Drape
PAWTUCKET- James W. Drape, 65, of Pawtucket, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2012. He was the husband of Jeannine (Pariseau) Drape.
Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Gordon and Catherine (Hogan) Drape.
He was a lifelong resident of Pawtucket, He was an army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a utility worker for Neptco for twenty years, retiring in 2011.
Theresa M. Morin
CENTRAL FALLS- Theresa M. Morin, "Marie" 85, of 466 Hunt St, passed February 28th. She was the wife of the late Joseph E. Morin.
Born in North Providence, a daughter of the late Domenic and Philomena (DeSaint) Maio.
Theresa was a member of the Wilfred Manor Association.
She is survived by two sons, Ronald J. Morin of Pawtucket and Albert E. Morin of Pascoag, a twin brother, Nicholas Maio of East Providence, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Richard P. Morin and sister of the late Anna McAllister and Patrick Maio.
Olive N. Bowker
SMITHFIELD- Olive N. (Bardsley) Bowker, 90, of Log Road died Monday, February 27, 2012 at Hebert Health Center, Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Albert S. Bowker.
Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Matthew and Alice (McAlpine) Bardsley, she had lived in Pawtucket for most of her life before moving to Smithfield over 5 years ago.
David A. Silva
FLORIDA- David A, Silva, 77 passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 in Florida.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine, a son, David of Florida, 3 daughters, Jacquelyn and Donna of Pawtucket, Diane Violo of Cranston, a brother, Paul Silva of Smithfield, a stepson, Barry Kessler of Seekonk, Ma, a stepson, Wayne Kessler of Westwood, Ma, a stepdaughter, Rhonda Kessler of Smithfield, a stepdaughter Lori Krawetz of Lincoln, 8 grandchildren,and 3 great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Roy Silva.
Ann Marie Barrie
SMITHFIELD- Barrie, Ann Marie, 79, of Higgins Street, Smithfield, died Monday, February 27, 2012 in Providence.
She was born in Providence, the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Dorothy T. (Arnold) Barrie.
Ms. Barrie worked for the State of Rhode Island's Department of Mental Health.
Ann is survived by her sister, Rita Lampinski of Pawtucket and her nephews, Jack, Glenn, Jeffrey, Daniel and Greg Lampinski.

John L. Hujara
PAWTUCKET- John L. Hujara, 56, of Bates Street, Pawtucket died February 26, 2012. He was the husband of Donna M.( Roe) Hujara.
Mr. Hujara was born in Brooklyn, New York, the son of the late Thomas and Ester (DeRoche) Hujara. He was a factory worker at National Marker for many years.
Besides his wife Mr. Hujara is survived by his two sons, John L. Hujara Jr. of Chicago, Illinois and Evan T. Hujara of Pawtucket. He also leaves his brother Thomas Hujara and a granddaughter Adora Bella Hujara.
Claire E. Lefebvre
PAWTUCKET- Claire E. Lefebvre, 72, passed away Friday, February 24, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Normand Lefebvre.
Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary (Landry) Michaud.
Claire was a hair stylist for Claire's House of Beauty for many years. She had also worked for many years at the former Archie's Tavern and the Checker Club of Pawtucket.
PAWTUCKET- Vincenza J. (Cioe) Duranleau, 89, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 25, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry J. Duranleau.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Adeline (Tomei) Cioe.
Vincenza worked as a cashier at The Fair in Cumberland for many years before her retirement. She was a former member of LeFoyer Club, Pawtucket and a member of Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
PAWTUCKET- Lillian Joyce, 89, died on Saturday at home. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Joyce Sr.
Born in Pawtucket, and a lifelong resident of the city, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Alice Rushton.
Prior to retirement, she had been employed as a spinner at the former Lebanon Knitting Mills. She loved her family and was devoted especially to her grandchildren.
Gerald L. Dusablon
CUMBERLAND- Gerald L. Dusablon, 85, of Canning St. passed away Thursday in the Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of the late Lucille (Gasse) Smith.
Born in Woonsocket he was the son of the late Leo and Alice (Menard) Dusablon. He resided in Cumberland for the past 21 years previously living in Pawtucket.
He owned the former Stanley's Bar, Dexter St. for 18 years retiring in 1997.
PAWTUCKET- Elizabeth M. "Betty" Diggett 81 of Brook Court, Pawtucket, died Friday, February 24, 2012. She was the wife of the late Ronald C. Diggett Sr.
Mrs. Diggett was born in Stonington CT, the daughter of the late Orrin and Elizabeth (Needham) Spencer.
She was a Bus Monitor for the City of Pawtucket for many years, working until she was 80 years old. Betty had the amazing ability to make all those she met feel as if they were a part of her family and belonged to her.
Lionel O. Palin
CENTRAL FALLS- Lionel "Leo" O. Palin, 86, passed away Friday. He was the former husband of the late Claire M. (Morrisey) Palin with whom he will be laid to rest in eternal peace.
Born in Central Falls he was the son of the late Oscar and Louise (Charpentier) Palin. He was a Central Falls resident for most of his life but had also lived in Cumberland.
Mr. Palin was a truck driver employed by the former Law Trucking Co., Lincoln for 25 years until his retirement. After his retirement his mission in life was to serve and spread the Word of The Lord.
