Nancy A. Gagnon
CENTRAL FALLS - Nancy A. Gagnon, 69, passed September 26th. She was the wife of the late Roger Gagnon.
Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Emile and Nora (Daniels) Daunais.
She had previously been employed by the Pawtucket Times and Ann & Hope for many years before retiring. Nancy enjoyed crafts, her two dogs and spending time with family and friends.
She was the mother of the late Bruce A. Gagnon.
Nancy is survived by her daughter in law Sandy Gagnon and several cousins.
Edmund J. McCann Jr.
SEEKONK - Edmund J. McCann Jr. "Bo" formerly of Seekonk Ma., died September 22, 2011.
He was the husband of the late Dolores (Rocco) McCann to whom he was married for 49 years.
Mr. McCann was born in Providence in the Holy Name Parish, the son of the late Edmund J. McCann Sr., and Irene (Finberg) McCann. He was a sales representative for the Okonite Wire and Cable Company for 38 years and then the Arthur J. Hurley Company.
M. Dorothy Kilmartin
PAWTUCKET - M. Dorothy "Dot" Kilmartin died Thursday at Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas F. Kilmartin. Born in Millville, MA she was the daughter of the late Stephen Walter Hall and Alice T. (Affleck) Hall.
Lillian I. LaRose
CENTRAL FALLS - Lillian I. (Hayden) LaRose, 95, of High Street, died Tuesday, September 20, at Pawtucket Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Leo W. LaRose.
Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Richard J. and Bridget A. (Keough)Hayden.
Mrs. LaRose was a communicant of St. Patrick Church, Cumberland.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary Renaud, Edna Marks, Anna Fanning, Florence Grimes, Margaret M. Renaud, Rita T. Laliberte, and John F. Hayden.
Amelia V. Kent
CUMBERLAND - Amelia V. "Molly" Kent, 91, of 1 Mendon Rd. passed away Tuesday in the St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of the late John I. Kent.
Born in Cumberland she was the daughter of the late John and Eleanor (Taraska) Kolodziej. She was a life long Cumberland resident.
She was employed by the Ann & Hope, Cumberland for 30 years before retiring.
Winifred T. Macksoud
LINCOLN - Winifred T. Macksoud, 77, formerly of Lancers Lane passed away Wednesday in St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Carlyle C. Macksoud.
Born in Central Falls she was the daughter of the late Patrick J. and Mary A. (Conroy)Horan. She resided in Lincoln for over 40 years.
Mrs. Macksoud was a volunteer at the Memorial Hospital of RI, Pawtucket for many years.
Dolores A. Birtwell
PAWTUCKET - Dolores A. Birtwell, passed away Tuesday, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Leopold and Jeanette Dube. She lived most of her life in Pawtucket.
She leaves a daughter, Cheryl Ann Laibe of Binghamton, NY, 4 sons, John M. Birtwell of Seekonk, Joseph W. Birtwell of Pawtucket, James A. Birtwell III of CA and Kevin Birtwell of Lincoln; 3 sisters, Karen Gule of Falmouth, Ma, Laura Thibeault of CA. and Claire Pitts in RI. She also leaves 8 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Earl J. Allen
PAWTUCKET - Earl J. Allen Jr, 50, passed September 19th. Born in Pawtucket, son of the late Earl J. Allen Sr. and Doris (Allard) Allen.
He had been previously employed by Peir Cleaners and Turcotte Tool and Dye.
He is survived by three daughters, Kerrie Allen, Brenda Dankwa and Tara Nagy, 2 brothers, Steven Allen and David Allen and 9 grandchildren.

Stephen F. Stojek
PAWTUCKET - Stephen F. Stojek, 51, of Pawtucket, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2011 unexpectedly, at home. He was the loving husband of Joanne (Plociak) Stojek and loving father of Kyle Stephen Stojek. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Peter J. Sr. and Virginia M. (Prew) Stojek. Stephen enjoyed going to the beach, fishing, clamming, off roading, riding motorcycles and working on cars, but mostly loved being with his friends, family and spending time with his son. He worked in the Auto Industry for many years before retiring four years ago.

PAWTUCKET - David C. Perrott who resided at Fogarty Manor, Pawtucket passed away September 19, 2011. He was the son of the late David E. Perrott and Lillian Burford Perrott. He was the father of David E. Perrott III and his companion Kelly McGee, Sandra Perrott Knollman and her husband Matt, and Susan Perrott Overfield. PAWTUCKET - Michael A. "Mickey" Rossi, 77, of Pawtucket, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2011. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 43 years, Ann M. (Kelly) Rossi and his parents, Michael A. and Margaret (Scungio) Rossi.
Margaret C. Paradis
PAWTUCKET - Margaret C. Paradis, 86 of Pawtucket died September 15 at the Miriam Hospital in Providence. She was was the wife of the late Raymond Paradis. Born in Pawtucket and a lifelong resident of the city, a daughter of the late John and Haple (Yarzede) Metfooney, she had been employed at the former Miller Electric Company in Woonsocket for about forty years prior to retirement in 1987. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Consolation Church.
James D. Ainsburg
PAWTUCKET - James D. Ainsburg 68, passed away on Wednesday at RI Hospital after injuries suffered in a fall at home. He was the husband of the late Patricia Ainsburg.
He was born in Amhurst, Nova Scotia, a son of the late Warren and Margaret (Keddy)Ainsburg. He has lived in Pawtucket most of his life and had been employed at Major Electric Company for more than 30 years.

CENTRAL FALLS - Jose A. Lopes, 65, of Walnut St. died Thursday in the Memorial Hospital, Pawtucket. He was the beloved husband of Maria Ester (Costa) Lopes.
Born in Santa Comba de Villa Nova de Foz Coa, Beira Alta, Portugal he was the son of the late Manuel J. and Guilhermina J. (Cruz) Lopes. He came to this country in 1973 and had lived in Cumberland settling in Central Falls.

FLORIDA - Lorraine G. (Cormier) Desjean, 85 of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Cumberland, RI and Fitchburg, MA, passed away 9/5/11.
OSTERVILLE, MA - James "Jim" Peacock, 77, longtime resident of Osterville, passed away peacefully Saturday September 3, 2011 at Cape Cod Hospital surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Claire (Harmon)Peacock for 53 years.
Jim was born in Pawtucket, RI and graduated from Pawtucket West High in 1954 where he was a star football and basketball player and held the school javelin record for many years. He then joined the US Army for 2 years and was stationed in Frankfurt, Germany.
Christy N. Skodras
PAWTUCKET - Christy N. Skodras, 64 of Pawtucket died Wednesday at Kent Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born in Pawtucket he was the son of the late Nicholas Skodras.
Christy graduated from West High School and then attended East Coast Aero Tech in Massachusetts. He worked at General Dynamics where he also obtained his MBA.
He is survived by his mother, Eviginia Skodras; a sister, Catherine Bio; four children, Michael, Robert, Matthew and Melissa Skodras; a niece, Alexandria Bio and a nephew, Philip Bio.
Laura M. Leclerc
CENTRAL FALLS - Laura M. (Dube) Leclerc, 99, of Central Falls entered eternal life on September 11, 2011 at St. Antoine Residence in North Smithfield surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Joseph Alfred Leclerc. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alphonsine (Tondreau) Dube. Laura was a loving and devoted mother, "Memere", sister, aunt and friend. She will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
Antonio J. Daluz
PROVIDENCE - Antonio J. Daluz, 84, passed September 14th.
Born in St. Antone, Cape Verde Island, he was a son of the late Antonio and Camila (Paris) Daluz.
Tony had worked at Ciba-Geigy Corp, of Cranston for 25 years before retiring in 1986. He was a WWII Army Veteran.
Tony enjoyed Golfing, loved the Red Sox and was a baseball card collector for many years.
