Robert R. Gumpson
PAWTUCKET - Robert R. Gumpson, 71, of Suffolk Avenue died Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, Pawtucket.
Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Raymond F. and Florence (Booth) Gumpson, he had lived in Central Falls for 60 years before moving to Pawtucket 11 years ago.
Mr. Gumpson was the owner of Central Falls Surfacing Company for many years before retiring.
Marguerite J. Caron
PAWTUCKET - Marguerite J. Caron, 93, passed away at the home of her son Richard Caron in Clermont, FL on Monday, November 17, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert M. Caron for 54 years until his death in 1999. She was born in South Attleboro, MA, the daughter of the late Jean Baptiste and Matilda (Bouchard) Barrette and was a lifelong resident of Pawtucket. Marguerite was a textile worker for local manufacturers for many years until her retirement.
PAWTUCKET - Gail Miller, 77, of West Forest Avenue, died Monday, November 17, 2014, at Elmhurst Extended Care, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry A. Miller.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Arthur and Helen (Whitman) Thomson, she was a lifelong resident of the city.
Mrs. Miller worked as a Personnel Director at Walco Electric for many years before retiring. Prior to that, she had worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Bulova Watch Co.
William "Bill" J. LePage
PAWTUCKET - William "Bill" J. LePage, 88, passed away Monday November 17th at Orchard View Manor in East Providence in the presence of his loving wife Margarite M. (Manosh) LePage. They were married on July 30, 1949 and recently celebrated their 65th anniversary. Born in Central Falls, April 15, 1926, he was the son of the late Andrew and Albina (Vincent) LePage. He resided in Pawtucket most of his life.
CENTRAL FALLS - Stella Chlebek, 93, passed into the hands of the Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, November 15, 2014. Born in Central Falls a daughter of the late Michael and Victoria (Niewola) Chlebek.
She was the beloved mother of Alice Webb. Beloved grandmother of Heidi, Halie, Holly and Reese J. Webb.
She was the sister of the late Walter, Joseph and Stanley Chlebek. The family would like to thank the staff at RI Hospital and Beacon Hospice, especially Barbara Chlebek, for their care and compassion.
Norma L. Smutek
SEEKONK - Norma L. (Tootell) Smutek, 66, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 15, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert M. Smutek. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late George M. and
Mildred (Guarde) Tootell.
Norma worked at GTE Osram Sylvania, Central Falls, for many years until retiring over ten years ago. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family and friends.
Russell A. Durning
PAWTUCKET - Russell A. Durning, 87, of Pawtucket, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2014. He was the husband of the late Margaret (Murphy) Durning. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Leon and Eva (Parent) Durning.
A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, Russell was a machine operator for the former St. Regis Paper Company for 35 years, retiring in 1992. He was an army veteran of World War II. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Delaney Council.
Donald L. Breault, Jr.
PAWTUCKET - Donald L. Breault, Jr., 52, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 13, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Lee M. (Moore) Breault for thirty years. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was a son of Donald L. Breault, Sr. and Carol A. (Kent) Breault. Don was employed by Teknor Apex for twenty-three years.
Besides his wife and parents, he leaves a daughter, Nicole S. Breault; a son, Donald L. Breault, III; a brother, David W. Breault; a sister, Susan L. Thorpe; a grandson, Leo Charles DeGulio all of Pawtucket and many nieces and nephews.
Marsha L. Kirkconnell
PAWTUCKET - Marsha Lois (Henry) Kirkconnell, 76 years old, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at her home in Pawtucket, Rhode
enjoyed her early career as a cosmetologist and stylist before joining Raytheon as a sub-assembler working on the Patriot missile defense system. She was actively involved in her community. She started the "Adopt-A-Kid" program, providing Christmas and Easter gifts for underprivileged children, and was recognized as an Anti-Hunger Hero by the Emergency Food Center in 1994.
Kathrin R. Keough
PAWTUCKET - Kathrin R. "Kitty" Keough of Pawtucket died on November 10, 2014.
Kitty was born in Central Falls, the daughter of the late James F. Keough and Frances J. (Bodell) Keough. She was employed at the Clients Choice Answering Service.
Miss Keough is survived by her Brothers; Daniel Keough and his wife Debra, James Keough, and William Keough. She also leaves her sisters; Jane Bartley, Elizabeth Bubier and her husband Dan, and Mary Rose Peloquin and her husband David.
Kitty was a loving Aunt to several nieces and nephews.
Linda M. DeSanto
PAWTUCKET: Linda M. DeSanto, 50, passed on November 7th. She was the daughter of James DeSanto Sr. and Eileen (Davy) DeSanto.
She is survived by two sons, Anthony and Richard DeSanto, four brothers, James, William, Scott and Richard DeSanto, two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Claire R. Beaudette
PAWTUCKET - Claire R. (Blanchette) Beaudette, 96, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Herve Beaudette. Born in Attleboro, a daughter of the late Lionel and Mary (Lemieux) Blanchette, she resided in Central Falls before moving to Pawtucket over thirty-five years ago.
Claire had been a housekeeper at the Wannamoisett Country Club, and was previously a winder at American Insulated Wire Company for twenty-five years and at the Joyal VanDale Company for twelve years.
David A. Wildenhain
PAWTUCKET - David A. Wildenhain, 87, of Pawtucket passed away on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2014. He was the loving husband of Marceline (Brook) Wildenhain.
Mr. Wildenhain was born in Pawtucket the son of the late Bartholomew Wildenhain and Magdelyn (McGuirk) Wildenhain. He was a United States Navy Veteran serving in WWII.
David was a Union Carpenter for many years serving in the Local 342 Union.
Mary T. Handrigan
REHOBOTH - Mary T. (Reilly) Handrigan, 91, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 7, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward "Ted" L. Handrigan and the daughter of the late Philip J. and Mary (Callaghan) Reilly. Mary was a lifelong Pawtucket resident, until moving to her daughter's home in Rehoboth
in 2006. She worked in the Advertising Department of both the Pawtucket Times and Sun Chronicle for many years until her retirement. Mary was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother; she also loved caring for her dogs, Raven and Reilly.
CUMBERLAND - Veronika Dobosz, 91, passed away Sunday November 9, 2014 at the Miriam Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael Dobosz.
Born in Poland she was a daughter of the late Jozef and Regina (Marszalek) Wardzala. She lived in Cumberland for the past 4 years and was formerly of Central Falls.
Before retiring Mrs. Dobosz was employed as a Weaver for the Murdock Webbing Co. for 25 years.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Church Holy Rosary Society and was an avid reader and loved sewing and gardening.
Eva P. Valentine
CUMBERLAND - Eva P. (Pereira) Valentine, 92, formerly of Dunnell Avenue, Pawtucket passed away Saturday at the Mt. St. Rita Health Centre, Cumberland. She was the wife of the late Earl J. Valentine.
Born in Cumberland she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Maria Pereira. She was resided in Pawtucket for 30 years.
Mrs. Valentine was employed as an Operator for New England Telephone and Telegraph Company for over 40 years until her retirement.
Eva loved to volunteer at the Pawtucket Animal Shelter, and also volunteered at St. Mary Church CCD Program.
Michael J. Marszalkowski
PAWTUCKET - Michael J. Marszalkowski, 83, of Pawtucket, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014. He was the husband of Anna (Petas) Marszalkowski. Born in Cumberland, he was the son of the late Adam and Agnes (Kulik) Marszalkowski. Michael was a self-employed Mason for 50 years, retiring in 2003. An avid Country Music fan, he liked to watch, listen to, and play it on the guitar. He loved nature, and he loved his dogs.
Zachary G. Delmar, Sr.
W. WARWICK - Zachary G. Delmar, Sr. 21, died unexpectedly Friday, November 7, 2014 at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted fiancĂ© of Kayla Bolarinho, of West Warwick. He was born in Attleboro, MA the son of Loretta Delmar of Liberty, NC and the late Gary Urquhart of Walpole, MA. He worked in food service at BJ's in Coventry.
In addition to his fiancĂ© and mother he leaves a son, Zachary G. Delmar, Jr., a sister Amelia Delmar of Staley, NC, and nieces and nephews Kayleigh Baker, Lannie Baker, Brianna King, and Michael King.
Raymond L. Fournier
CENTRAL FALLS - Raymond L. Fournier, 85, died on November 8th with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Claire P. (Hudon) Fournier. On May 14th they would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. He was a Hunt and School St. resident, before moving to 1 Mendon Rd, Cumberland.
He was the son of the late Raymond L. and Mary (Pelletier) Fournier.
PAWTUCKET - Irene Champagne, 102, of Pawtucket, died Thursday. She was the wife of the late Emile P. Champagne. They had been married 30 years. Born in Drummondville, Quebec, Canada she was a daughter of Lucias (Guimond) and Thare Labranche. She was the 7th of 13 children.
Mrs. Champagne was a member of the "Dames de St. Anne" of the former Notre Dame Church, in Central Falls.
She leaves one daughter, Therese Durocher of Swanville, ME; grandsons, Russell Durocher of Ayer, MA and Ryan Durocher of Woodland Hills, CA and a great grandson.
