Cause of fire may never be known

CENTRAL FALLS – Fire investigators say the cause of a two-alarm fire that destroyed an eight-unit apartment building on Pine Street Wednesday afternoon has been officially listed as "undetermined” due to the extensive damage.
A cause is classified "undetermined" when multiple causes can not be eliminated, or there is insufficient proof of a particular cause.
