PAWTUCKETâ€”A man with known ties to organized crime and notoriously known as â€śThe Coinâ€ť for masterfully producing counterfeit slot machine tokens has now been arrested on drug charges by Pawtucket Police.
Louis Colavecchio, 71, of 172 Argol St., was taken into custody on Wednesday after members of the Pawtucket Police Special Squad executed a search warrant of his apartment. Police say the investigation was the result of neighborhood complaints and other sources of information.
